Summerville Girls Softball League has been part of this community since 1972, providing a place for girls to learn the game, build confidence, and be part of something bigger than themselves.

What began as an effort to expand opportunities for girls in youth sports has grown into a long-standing, volunteer-led organization serving families across Summerville today.

Our mission remains the same: to provide a safe, structured, and positive environment where players can develop skills, build friendships, and learn the value of teamwork and perseverance.

From first-time players to experienced athletes, SGSL is committed to making softball accessible to all. Through scholarships, equipment support, and community sponsorships, we work to ensure every player has the opportunity to participate and succeed.
